These Terms of Service govern your use of dhairyapareek.shop and purchases from DP SHOP. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on the store.

Store use

You must provide accurate checkout information and use the store only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with store security, copy protected content without permission, submit fraudulent orders or misuse offers, refunds or customer-support processes.

Product information and safety

We aim to present product descriptions, photographs, colours, pricing and availability accurately. Screen settings and production batches may cause minor visual differences. The baby head protector is a soft accessory intended for minor everyday bumps. It is not a helmet, medical device or certified protective equipment and does not replace attentive adult supervision.

Prices, payments and orders

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the store and may change before an order is placed. Payment methods available through Shopify checkout may vary. We may verify, refuse or cancel an order for stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, delivery limitations or inaccurate order information. If we cancel a paid order, the eligible amount will be refunded.

Shipping

Orders are shipped through Shiprocket and its courier partners to serviceable Indian PIN codes. Processing and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, weather, festivals, public holidays and events outside our reasonable control.

Returns and evidence

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy. For missing, wrong, damaged or defective-item claims, a clear, continuous and unedited unboxing video beginning before the outer parcel is opened is required for verification. Evidence requirements and store policies do not limit non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.

Intellectual property

The DP SHOP name, store design, original text, graphics and other store content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without written permission.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DP SHOP is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from store use, courier delays, misuse of a product or failure to follow product guidance. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms and store policies from time to time. The version displayed when an order is placed generally applies to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
