Shipping Policy

DP SHOP ships to serviceable Indian PIN codes through Shiprocket and the courier partner assigned to each parcel.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during weekends, public holidays, sales, high-volume periods or when order details require verification.

Estimated delivery

Most serviceable Indian addresses receive orders in approximately 4–8 business days after dispatch. Remote or extended-area PIN codes may take approximately 6–10 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees; weather, festivals, operational disruptions, security restrictions and courier delays may affect delivery.

Tracking

After dispatch, tracking details are sent to the email address or mobile number provided at checkout. Shiprocket may assign the parcel to one of its courier partners. The first tracking scan can take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

Delivery address

Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address, landmark and PIN code at checkout. Contact support@dhairyapareek.shop immediately if a correction is needed. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after packing, label creation or dispatch.

Delivery attempts and returned parcels

The courier may contact the recipient or attempt delivery more than once, depending on its service rules. If a parcel is returned because of an incomplete address, an unreachable recipient, refusal or repeated failed delivery, reshipping may require payment of additional shipping charges.

Damaged, opened or incomplete parcels

If the parcel appears damaged or tampered with, record one clear, continuous and unedited unboxing video starting before the outer parcel is opened. The video must show the shipping label, sealed parcel, opening process and contents. Email the video, order number and issue details to support@dhairyapareek.shop as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping charges

Applicable shipping or cash-on-delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before payment. Promotional free shipping may be changed or withdrawn at any time before an order is placed.
